 Join us the 2nd Monday of every month for our monthly meetings held at the Charleston Gander Mountain in their Lodge room from 7-8 pm, bring your bow and make use of the indoor range afterwards.

Sept. 13 - Monthly membership meeting at Gander Mountain's Lodge room. 7 pm

Sept. 25 - Stonewall Jackson Hunting & Fishing Days. We are being asked to assist WVBA with instruction at the 3D Mini-range. Anyone available to help should contact George Coleman at 304-574-0335

Sept. 26 - Ministry event at Cooper and Smith Church in Cabin Creek area. They are having a "Tailgate for Jesus" evening and would like us to set up about 4pm and hold a Mini-archery camp, with food afterwards, and then we will present our sermon.

Oct. 3 - AHA mini-archery camp and preaching ministry at Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene. instruction from 4:30 - 5:30 pm Preaching ministry to follow. 75 - 100  people expected.

Oct. 11 - Monthly membership meeting at Gander Mountain's Lodge room. 7 pm

Oct. 31 - Nov. 3 - Bowhunters Retreat week #1 at WV Baptist Convention center, Parchment Valley, Ripley WV

Nov. 7-10 - Bowhunters Retreat week #2 at WV Baptist Convention center, Parchment Valley, Ripley WV

Nov. 8 - Monthly membership meeting at Gander Mountain's Lodge room. 7 pm

Dec. 13 - Monthly membership meeting will be held at Golden Corral in Cross Lanes for our annual Christmas dinner at 7pm
